绿卡基础知识:怎样加快服务 I-907

USCIS 提供加快服务，对于 I-129 和 I-140 的申请。想查询目前 USCIS 的处理进度，请去其网站。不同的 Service Center，是不相同的。老师这里有个书签，找黑体字的 "Processing Dates"，然后选 CSC/NSC/TSC/VSC 其一。

不是所有的 I-129 或 I-140 都能加快，请查看 USCIS 的最新规定。符合加快申请的同学，可以交纳 $1,000 来申请加快处理。费用可由申请人或受益人承担，要单独付费。
USCIS 承诺在收到加快申请的 15 个自然日之内一定批复，如果食言的话，则原银奉还，且申请仍然快速处理。USCIS 在处理过程中需要 RFE 的话，15 日从收到 RFE 回复起算。

移民局在 6 月 27 日（2007 年）宣布，7 月 2 日起暂停 I-140 的加快服务。在 7 月 24 日又宣布，暂停是无限期的。
6/11/08 移民局有条件地恢复了 I-140 的加快服务，其条件是目前是 H-1b 身份的受益者人其六年 H-1b 将于 60 日内期满且不满足 AC21 之 106(a) 延期一年条件，可申请加快。详见 I-140 文。

虽然 H-4 的 I-539 表格与 H-1b 的 I-129 表格是一起交的，但加快服务是针对 I-129 表的，不能惠泽到 H-4.

好了，请大伙儿先去下载 I-907, Form I-907, Request for Premium Processing Service (Rev. 07/30/07) Y. 填表说明在这里。填表请一律用大写。

Part 1. Information about you.
这里是填表人的信息。如果是个人，请填 1，公司则是填 2.
Mailing Address 部分是不分个人、公司都要填的。
最后一行是公司填 Federal Employer Identification #，个人填 U.S. Social Security # 或 Individual Tax #.

You (the person submitting this request): 指明填表人的身份
Are the petitioner who is filing or has filed a petition eligible for Premium Processing.
Are the attorney/accredited representative for the petitioner who is filing or has filed a petition eligible for Premium Processing.
Are the applicant who is filing or has filed an application eligible for Premium Processing.
Are the attorney/accredited representative for the applicant who is filing or has filed an application eligible for Premium Processing.
petitioner 和 applicant 的区别是，petitioner 是替别人申请，而 applicant 是给自己申请。petitioner 和 applicant 的下面是给其律师用的。所以，PERM 的 I-140 的加快选头两项之一，而 NIW 的 I-140 的加快是在后两项中找。
Phone Number, Fax Number, E-Mail Address 照填。

Part 2. Information about request.
1. Form number of related petition/application.
需加快的表格号，I-129 或 I-140.
2. Receipt number of related petition/application.
收据号（是同时申请，填 Concurrent filing）
3. Classification/Eligibility Requested.
象 I-129 的加快，你填 H-1B；对于 I-140，填如 EB-2.
4. Petitioner/Applicant in the relating case.
申请人
5. Beneficiary in the relating case.
受益人

Part 3. Original signature.
Part 4. Original signature of attorney or accredited representative.
签字。

和 I-129 同时递交的 I-907，随之寄往对应的处理中心。
