第一种注册类型适用于申请人自己建立帐户的情况，第二种注册类型适用于请了律师做代理人，律师前来注册的情况。001JMS大都是自己动手，点击“To register as an applicant customer click here.” 中带下划线的“here”，

Account Information：(Note:Your User ID and Password must be between 8 and 14 characters. Your Password Must contain at least one number, at least one English uppercase character, and one English lowercase character. Your Password may not have more than two consecutive identical characters. Every 90 days your password will expire.)
