如何发邮件给NVC查询案件

有需要给NVC发Email询问自己CASE进展的同胞可以套用以下格式:

Preference Category：F4-BROTHERS AND SISTERS OF U.S CITIZENS
My Priority Date：
Foreign State Chargeability： CHINA-MAINLAND

需要注意的是:发此邮件的信箱最好用受益人的姓名申请一个Hotmail的帐号，否则NVC有可能会说你没有资格询问。
